Greg was born in Mildura where he lived until he moved to Adelaide to commence university. In 1999 Greg graduated from the Flinders University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce and soon after commenced work with Macquarie Bank's investment banking group in Melbourne.

After leaving Macquarie in 2004, Greg went on to work for global investment banks Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan, most recently holding the role of an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan's investment banking division in Sydney. Greg has a broad range of finance experience which includes advising large Australian companies on capital raisings, debt structuring, mergers and acquisitions and business strategy and valuation.

After 10 years of living in the city Greg returned home to Mildura in late 2010 to take advantage of the opportunities that come with a rural lifestyle. Greg is currently employed as the General Manager of Trilogy Financial Group, a locally owned and operated financial advisory business. When he is not working Greg enjoys riding his dirt bike, going to the gym and watching the Hawks.
