Business Administration Trainee

Full-time, 12 month max term position

As part of Mildura Regional Development’s long-term succession plan, and a desire to provide local employment opportunities, we are offering a traineeship position within our organisation.

We are looking for someone who has completed year 12, and has a desire to learn. There will be a requirement to commit to both formal and on the job training to successfully complete the qualification within the specified timeframe, supported by staff and management guiding you along the way.

This may suit a recent school leaver, wishing to complete a gap year, or someone looking to gain an entry level qualification for a career in business. The role will be employed on a maximum term contract, for the duration of the qualification period. MRD will provide references to assist the successful applicant into a more permanent role upon completion of the 12 month program.

Wages will be in line with the current trainee award.
